We've simplified the process into a low-cost subscription-based program that allows you to forget about the laws and focus on what you need to do. Once the initial package of posters and noitces is sent out, we will monitor your labor-law requirements for a year and send you all updates completely free of charge.
Our postings are guaranteed to be the most up-to-date version for the full year. Posters are sent out on 26" x 40" full-color sheets, and laminated on both sides.
Along with the posters, you will receive a certificate of compliance which guarantees 100% compliance with both State and Federal posting requirements. This certification is your guarantee against fines and penalties for one year. It must be posted adjacent to your State and Federal Labor Law posters for the posting violations Compliance Guarantee to be valid. This certificate is valid ONLY if you follow through with all notifications and update the postings as required.
If/When posting requirements change, we will send you the updates needed to remain in compliance for the full year. If the updates are properly posted, this guarantee will remain in force for one-year from the original purchase date.
